About the Role Culinary Khancepts is seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Corporate Event Planner to oversee and execute events at the iconic River Oaks Theatre. Collaborate with clients, the Property General Manager, and the Artistic Director to conceptualize and plan private events, film premieres, receptions, and community gatherings. Manage all pre‑event logistics including proposals, contracts, timelines, layouts, menus, and vendor coordination. Work with the Artistic Director to integrate creative concepts, film themes, or cultural programming into events. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
