• *Program Development and Implementation** We are seeking an experienced Cultural Events Manager to join our team. As a Recreation Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cultural and recreational programs, as well as providing marketing and community outreach services. Main Responsibilities: • Develops and implements cultural and/or recreation service programs; • Provides oversight and evaluation of assigned programs and events; • Plays a key role in serving as a representative and liaison with the public and related community groups and organizations; • Coordinates program site visits to monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of program components; • Maintains accurate records and reports regarding program activities and outcomes. Education and Experience Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in parks and recreation, human services, business or public administration, or related field; • One year of professional recreational programming or human services experience; • Class C license may be required depending on the position; • First Aid & CPR Certification; • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
