Customer Experience Coordinator (Event Planner Coordinator)

In addition to managing plant tours, the Customer Experience Specialist will organize various events, book venues, handle guest scheduling, draft and finalize contracts, and manage all logistics on event days. This role demands close collaboration with marketing teams to create engaging PowerPoint presentations and serve as a liaison between sales and marketing efforts, ensuring alignment and effectiveness in communication.
