We’re looking for a Day-Of Event Coordinator who takes pride in precision, service, and delivery, and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-trust environment. This role is perfect for someone who loves being “the point person” on event day—calm, organized, communicative, and fully committed to excellence. What You’ll Do • Serve as the on-site lead for event delivery on the day of the event • Learn and execute our event sequences, timelines, and service flow • Ensure all scheduled services are delivered accurately and on time • Coordinate with internal team members and vendors on: • Event setup and breakdown • Room layouts, décor placement, and equipment setup • Ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception transitions • Communicate clearly and efficiently with clients, staff, and vendors • Anticipate needs, solve problems gracefully, and keep events running smoothly • Uphold and protect the Stone Chalet’s reputation for extraordinary, memorable events If you take pride in excellence, love meaningful work, and want to be part of a small, dedicated team delivering some of the most special moments in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you.
