Day of Event Coordinator

The Day-of Event Coordinator is responsible for the seamless execution of events on the day they occur. The role is accountable for ensuring all elements of the event are carried out to the highest standard, including food presentation, guest experience, and post-event breakdown. This position plays a key role in maintaining event supply inventory and collaborating with the Event Operations Manager for accurate final billing. • Remain on the floor and available to staff throughout the event to manage needs in real time. • In the event of absence, assign a qualified lead with written duties and proper training.
