Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Day of Event Coordinator role based in Beaver, PA. This position is responsible for executing events from start to finish, ensuring timelines are followed, vendors are managed, and clients feel supported throughout the day. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you are a key part of delivering a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead event-day execution including setup, coordination, and breakdownManage timelines and keep vendors and clients on trackProblem-solve in real time and handle last-minute changes calmlyDeliver a high level of customer service to clients and guestsCommunicate clearly with the event director before, during, and after eventsAvailability Requirements

Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holiday weekends during peak season (May through October)Ability to commit to a consistent schedule throughout the season is requiredThis role is best suited for someone who can prioritize scheduled events and be a reliable part of the teamQualifications
