Visit Ventura is introducing a new, temporary part-time position designed to serve as the administrative engine for our destination’s most significant event partnerships. Unlike a conventional production house, we provide high-level strategic support and logistical infrastructure with a primary mission: attracting visitors and driving stays in our local hotels. We are looking for a dedicated "doer"—a detail-oriented professional who thrives in behind-the-scenes logistics rather than public-facing roles. Key Responsibilities • Logistics & Hospitality Management: Coordinate essential "behind-the-scenes" details, such as managing hotel room blocks for event organizers and leveraging city-wide connections to foster meaningful engagement with local vendors and stakeholders. • City & Community Liaison: Serve as the administrative bridge between our organization, city departments, and local community stakeholders to ensure seamless event integration.
