Destination & Experience Design Consultant

This position includes creative concepting, proposal design and development, site sourcing, client presentations, vendor contract negotiation, and transitioning programs to operations team to provide optimal services to the client and maximum revenues to M&IW. Incentive Travel Program Design, Sourcing and Proposal Development Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess needs and develop strategic and consultative program solutionsDesign immersive, engaging incentive travel experiences and gifting solutionsLead end-to-end RFP and proposal process, from concept to client agreementWrite compelling, experience-driven content for proposals that tell the story of the attendee experience and destinationDevelop and build visually complex and detailed client proposalsResearch destinations, themes, venues, hotels, cruises, DMCs, entertainment, gifting and experiences, and trendsDevelop and manage site selection, sourcing, pricing negotiations, contracts, and addendums with professionalism and integrityCreate detailed program budgets and track cost savingsProvide destination insights and consultative support to aid sales closureCommunicate effectively with clients, account teams, and internal departmentsEnsure accurate audit documentation and reportingDeliver comprehensive turnover packages to operations post-signatureCoordinate and attend site inspections as neededBuild strong client and supplier relationships to support program successRepresent company at industry events, meetings, and speaking opportunitiesParticipate in virtual team meetings, training, and team-building activitiesFlexibility to work extended hours, manage time zone differences, and meet shifting client demandsWhat we expect: 5-7+ years in the incentive travel industry/incentive program experience design/international and domestic incentive travel purchasing and proposal developmentCreative design and copywriting experienceCollege degree or equivalent experience (Hospitality or Business degree preferred)Ability to travel as requested for site inspections and industry events including internationally (15%)Ability to work remotely and report to remote Manager / Director.What we provide: Those services include Event Management and Design, Event Sourcing, Attendee Registration and Reporting, Event Technology and Production, Creative Services, Event Marketing and Communications, Gifting and Engagement Strategies, Incentive and Recognition Solutions, Group Air Travel, On-Site Execution and Staffing, and Event Analytics.
