Red Butte Garden & Arboretum (RBGA) is one of the largest botanical gardens in the Intermountain West and together with the University of Utah, is the State Arboretum of Utah. We are located on 100 acres in the foothills on the eastern edge of the University of Utah campus. The Development Event Coordinator is responsible for the planning, design, and coordination of all development events, including but not limited to, Membership and Cottam Club events, Concert Donor Club launch party, annual gala (starting in 2025), and events related to the 40th Anniversary season (January 1, 2025-December 31, 2025). • Ensure event space stays private during the Garden’s open hours. One year experience or experience working with and organizing events, social schedules, conferences, etc., or equivalency; demonstrated human relations and communication skills; and a commitment to provide excellent customer service required.
