Be The Change MN seeks a Development & Events Manager / Associate Director to lead fundraising and event execution for our organization. Event Leadership (40%) • Serve as lead coordinator for Be The Change MN’s major events: Golf Tournament, Winter Wonderland, Follow Your Dreams College & Career Fair, and seasonal community drives. • Provide regular reports to the Founder and Board on fundraising and event progress. Qualifications • 5+ years of nonprofit fundraising and event management experience.
