Clear Path for Veterans is a respected nonprofit organization based in Central New York dedicated to honoring and supporting veterans, service members, and their families. The Development Manager - Events plays a critical role at Clear Path for Veterans by leading the planning and execution of the organization's major fundraising events and various engagement activities throughout the year. Reporting directly to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, the Development Manager collaborates closely with staff across Development, Marketing, Volunteer, Programs, and Operations departments to coordinate all facets of event management. As an integral part of the organization's philanthropy team, the Development Manager will oversee Clear Path's three major annual fundraising events plus various smaller engagements. Bachelor's degree required or relevant experience 3-5 years of nonprofit event management experience Experience in fundraising events and cross-functional team collaboration Valid New York State driver’s license and reliable vehicle Ability to travel to events within and outside New York State Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Comfortable working in environments with dogs Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds Excellent speech, hearing, and manual dexterity for communication and computer use OysterLink simplifies hospitality hiring.
