Serves as the main point of contact for VIP Guests visiting the center Responsible for planning for appropriate hospitality for VIP Guests and with working across the Center to ensure that guests are delighted and the Rocket Center’s objectives for the visit are met. Completes staff evaluations, documentation, etc., on time and effectively.
