This position, reporting to the Regional Director and the Director of Event Production, is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the overall operations, revenue generation, and profitability of one or more assigned event locations. Customer service is another critical area of responsibility. This role is ideal for a professional with a solid background in event planning and management, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences. The Event Production Manager brings together operational expertise, client service excellence, and employee development to drive the company's success and growth in a competitive market. • Bachelor's degree in event management marketing or related field • 4+ years of event planning experience with demonstrated success planning and executing large-scale events • deep knowledge of event planning logistics budget management and project management • excellent communication interpersonal and team management skills • strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • proficiency in event management software such as Cvent Eventbrite Salesforce • familiarity with event marketing and promotion tactics such as social media and email marketing
