The Director Product Operations - Experiences is responsible for the planning and execution of all ASUG’s onsite and virtual experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Implement strategies for flagship, functional and chapter experiences in collaboration with Director Product Strategy-Experiences • Manage experience KPIs and provide data-driven status reports to key stakeholders • Oversee all aspects of event operations from pre-planning through post-event analysis • Develop and maintain strong relationships with chapter volunteers, venues, and vendors to ensure seamless event delivery • Support staff training and professional development to uphold operational standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement • Monitor financial performance for each experience, ensuring budgets are maintained and operational excellence is achieved • Drive process improvements and implement new tools or technologies to enhance efficiency and participant satisfaction • Establish and manage experience budgets within parameters of allocated funds. • Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams
