This position is tasked with the design and execution of a comprehensive event strategy that aligns with the College's mission, goals, and objectives, catering to both internal and external stakeholders. In this role, the Director will lead a small team of staff and coordinate event volunteers, working collaboratively across the College with colleagues from different divisions and departments, students, and senior leadership. This includes determining event goals and objectives in consultation with departments and stakeholders, conducting needs analyses, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with Institutional Advancement on marketing and communication strategies for events. , • Develop marketing and communication strategies for special events and programs. , • Three years of supervisory experience of staff and/or volunteers.
