Salary: $70,000-$75,000 plus Bonus Potential 1st and 2nd year The Director of Catering and Events is responsible for driving revenue growth, business development, market expansion, and strategic sales initiatives across the company and its affiliated business units. Must have experience with upscale casual with 4 stars and above experienceMinimum of five (5) years of successful leadership in Catering and Event planning experience with a proven track record of revenue growth and business development.Hospitality industry sales experience strongly preferred, including experience in hotels, event venues, catering operations, entertainment venues, resorts, conference centers, or related hospitality environments.Demonstrated success in generating new business, securing strategic accounts, and growing existing client relationships.Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams while driving accountability and results.Experience developing and executing sales strategies that increase revenue, market share, and profitability.Strong networking, relationship-building, and community engagement skills with the ability to cultivate referral partners and strategic business relationships.Experience managing corporate accounts, group sales, event sales, catering sales, venue sales, or hospitality-related revenue streams.Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales pipelines, forecasting, lead management, and sales performance metrics.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.Ability to work collaboratively with operations, logistics, events, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and ability to travel locally for sales calls, networking events, and client meetings.Flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends to support events, client functions, and business development opportunities.Job Type: Full-time English (Required)License/Certification: Day Shift (Required)Night Shift (Required)Overnight Shift (Required)Ability to Commute:
