Job Description • Maintain oversight for assigned areas (Event Scheduling, Front Desk Services, Event Operations, and Conference Services) including planning, budgeting, and staff management; directly responsible for selection, training, evaluating (performance reviews), and motivating for direct reports; coaching and supporting direct reports in their department management; develop approaches to enhance community access, promote services, and maintain community satisfaction; and lead outreach & awareness efforts for department(s). • Maintain and manage department budget in accordance to all university policies and procedures. • In collaboration with university leaders, assist in the management of key and high-level events for the university. • Demonstrated knowledge in the areas of: understanding the university environment, both organizationally and culturally. • In-person position on the LMU Westchester campus with some night and weekend expectations.
