As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, fostering talent development, and shaping the marketing strategy of our organization.Responsibilities:Sales Management and Account Design:· Lead a team of account designers, providing guidance and support in developing effective sales strategies.· Assign show responsibilities and ensure seamless coordination between account designers and production teams.· Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize revenue generation.Talent Development:· Foster the professional growth and development of the sales team through coaching, training, and mentoring.· Identify and nurture talent within the team, ensuring a high level of performance and commitment to excellence.Market Analysis and Business Development:· Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential growth opportunities.· Proactively pursue business development opportunities by identifying and targeting new markets.· Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and strategic partners.Marketing Strategy and Brand Development:· Create a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the company's vision and objectives.· Develop advertising strategies utilizing various channels such as print, online, and social media.· Stay updated on design trends and event technology advancements to provide informed guidance to clients.· Maintain style guides to ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing materials.Sales and Marketing SOPs:· Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales and marketing activities.· Determine pricing strategies based on market research, competition analysis, and understanding the market demands.Qualifications:· Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Theatrical Design or related field.
