Leadership and Team Management • Lead, mentor, train, and motivate the Event Management team, including Event Managers and the Group Housing Coordinator. • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external clients to ensure seamless event execution. Event Operations and Execution • Manage and oversee all aspects of the event lifecycle, including pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up. Required Qualifications • Proven experience in Event Management. 4 - 5 years of Full Service Hotel Experience Experience • Required
