Director of Event Operations (Banquets)

We're seeking an experienced Director of Event Operations to lead our banquet and event operations team, overseeing the flawless execution of every event while developing exceptional leaders, driving financial performance, and creating memorable guest experiences. Partner closely with Sales, Event Management, Culinary, and Resort Leadership to maximize event revenue, support group business, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver extraordinary guest experiences.
