The Director of Event Planning plays a pivotal role in our organization by managing the event planning department, overseeing all functions and staff on a daily basis. This full-time, exempt position works onsite and reports directly to the Director of Sales. The Director is tasked with managing the event planning team, providing guidance, support, and leadership to staff who are responsible for handling events of varying complexities and sizes. Outstanding customer service and guest hospitality are at the heart of the Director’s duties, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a positive environment and solid guest relations.
