Revel Global Events is looking for a Director of Event Production who can do both: someone who's just as comfortable running point on a marquee load-in at 5:00am as they are building the operational systems that let an entire production team scale without losing an ounce of quality.
This is a player-coach seat in the truest sense. You'll personally own production for our highest-profile, most complex events, while building the processes, budgets, and bench strength that make excellence repeatable long after you've left the room. If you lead from the front and think in systems at the same time, this is your seat.
Revel is offering an annual base salary of $100,000, plus commission, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
