The Director of Event Services leads and manages the Event Services department, acting as the cornerstone of operational excellence and client success. This individual will foster strong relationships with clients, manage key accounts, and oversee all aspects of the Event Services department, from strategic planning to execution. Department Management • Lead and manage the Event Services department, including all team members, ensuring accountability, engagement, and alignment with MCW Events' vision. Team Leadership & Accountability • Lead, inspire, and motivate the Event Services team to achieve excellence in all aspects of their roles. Execution • Drive the successful execution of events by ensuring all processes and resources are aligned.
