Event Management Director Job As an Event Management Director, you will be responsible for directing and coaching the activities of exempt and non-exempt employees to ensure all customer service levels and deliverables are achieved. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in leadership of event or meeting management teams, as well as expertise in managing healthcare compliance guidelines, TOV for life sciences, and knowledge of meeting sourcing and planning. Proven people leadership skills and ability to interact with client contacts at a meeting level and key contact level are essential for this role. Requirements: • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in leadership of event or meeting management teams.
