Founded in 1895 on the shores of Lake Michigan, the Club is one of Chicago's oldest private clubs, with more than 130 years of history and a culture built around member-sponsored private events and established service standards. This role provides hands-on leadership to the events team while managing BEO accuracy, room setup and turnover standards, event budgets, vendor coordination, and member responsiveness. A key focus in the first year will be documenting and standardizing event workflows, developing an early-career team to execute independently, and supporting the Club's transition to new event management software.
