Industry: Manufacturing / Trade Association Who We Are: Austin Regional Manufacturers Association (ARMA) is a trade association that serves manufacturers in Central Texas by strengthening manufacturing through advocacy, workforce development, and networking. We are a mission and purpose driven organization. In addition to being responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events throughout the year, the ideal candidate will bring a forward-thinking approach to provide and execute on recommendations and direction on how best to make each event better than the last. These events include our premier annual State of Manufacturing Expo and Conference, along with approximately 20 other meetings, workshops, and networking events such as two golf tournaments, an awards program, clay shoot, operations summits, bus tours, HR roundtables, and more.
