The Director of Events at Diablo Country Club is responsible for the planning, coordination, and successful execution of all member-facing and private events. Supervises: Events Assistant (and Banquet Service Team during events) Work Performed • Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Events Department, ensuring all event setups, décor, and service standards consistently reflect the Club’s elevated aesthetic and member expectations. • In collaboration with the Executive Team, develops and manages a comprehensive annual events calendar that integrates seamlessly with Club programming, dining priorities, and seasonal engagement strategies. Minimum Requirements for Position: • A bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
