Director of Special Events

This leadership role requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic planning, and the ability to manage complex logistics while ensuring a seamless experience for attendees, performers, and stakeholders. About the Position: • Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, including parking staff, management, and contractors. • Develop and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges, such as weather, technical failures, or security issues. • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience managing large-scale events, including experience with stadium or arena venues.
