Job Requirements To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have: Education and Experience • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field • At least 8 years of experience in event management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role • Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality industry trends and best practices Skillset • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities • Strong analytical and decision-making skills • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
