Donor Relations and Event Coordinator

The Donor Relations and Event Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Development and Alumni Relations and will support the Office of Development in various ways throughout the year to help advance the mission of Fountain Valley School. This role will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with donors and executing successful fundraising and friendraising events. The individual... in this position is expected to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a passion for donor relations, and a talent for event planning and execution. • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and communications, to ensure consistent and effective messaging regarding donor relationships and fundraising events. • When needed as a back-up, help process accurate gift recording including gift receipts and donor acknowledgements using Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge donor database.
