The California Energy Commission is seeking an experienced Energy Event Planner to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing energy-related events, including conferences, seminars, and workshops. You will work closely with the Public Advisor to develop event concepts, create budgets, and coordinate logistics. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Developing event concepts and proposals • Creating event budgets and managing expenses • Coordinating logistics, including venue selection and catering • Maintaining accurate records of events, including attendance and evaluations
