Engagement & Events Manager

This role is ideal for someone with event planning experience who thrives on building relationships, enjoys being out in the field connecting with people, and is passionate about bringing hospitality professionals together through meaningful events and member experiences. Build and maintain relationships with restaurant, hotel, and tourism operators across Pennsylvania Coordinate networking events, educational programs, member meetings, and industry activities Support sponsorship, fundraising, and member engagement initiatives Serve as a key point of contact for member outreach and retention Collaborate with internal teams on event promotion and communications Represent PRLA at industry events, conferences, and regional meetings throughout the state This position reports to the Director of Events & Engagement and plays an important role in advancing PRLA’s mission to strengthen and support Pennsylvania’s hospitality and tourism industries.
