Entertainment- Entertainment Event Supervisor

This role works closely with Entertainment Managers and internal departments to ensure seamless event operations and exceptional guest and artist experiences. This position primarily works on scheduled event days, with additional hours as needed before and after events to support advance preparation, event execution, and post-event wrap-up. Primarily works in an outdoor entertainment venueRegular exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, rain, and sun exposureFrequently operates in crowded, high-energy event environments with moderate to high noise levels, especially during live performancesMay be exposed to moving mechanical parts, staging equipment, lighting and sound systems, and airborne particles such as dustWork may occur on unevensurfaces and in both daylight and low-light conditionsRequires frequent movement throughout the venue, including backstage areas, seating areas, and event groundsOccasional work in indoor environments for planning, coordination, or administrative tasksRequires flexibility to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays during events Travel Requirements
