Entertainment Event Manager

The Event Manager has a pivotal role responsible for planning, organizing, and managing events to ensure a superior client and guest experience at the Von Braun Center (VBC). Reporting to the Senior Entertainment Event Manager and Director, this position is client-facing and requires collaboration across departments to deliver seamless event execution that aligns with the VBC’s standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of assigned events, from initial planning to on-site management and post-event follow-up. • Review and interpret event documents such as stage plots, riders, and floor plans; recommend or enforce necessary modifications in accordance with facility policies and capabilities. • Familiarity with entertainment, sporting events, concerts, or festivals is a plus.
