We’re looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistant to support our events team in planning and executing community-driven events for nonprofit clients. Key Responsibilities • Represent nonprofit clients through face-to-face marketing at community events • Engage with the public to raise awareness, educate, and inspire support for nonprofit missions • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute impactful events and outreach strategies • Assist in setting up and tearing down event materials, booths, and signage • Track and report campaign performance metrics to management • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clients’ missions, goals, and current initiatives • Contribute ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and community engagement • Uphold a positive brand image on behalf of our clients at all times
