This Entry Level Event Assistant role is not for someone simply looking for a job. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Event Assistant: • Attend and participate in charity events across the local community • Gain a full understanding of our organization and its partners to effectively educate community members • Communicate directly with the public to raise awareness and secure donations • Accurately process and record donations for partner organizations • Build ongoing relationships with donors, keeping them informed about milestones and updates • Contribute ideas and feedback to strengthen outreach strategies and event performance What’s Next for the Entry Level Event Assistant: What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Event Assistant: • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred • One to three years of experience in fundraising, community events, customer service, or a related field is a plus • Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence in public speaking • A self-starter who thrives on challenges and is motivated to go beyond the bare minimum • Career-focused, ambitious, and eager to grow with a company that rewards results
