Entry-Level Event Assistant

Position Summary As an Event Assistant, you will help bring our promotional campaigns to life at various community locations. You’ll assist with event setup, interact with attendees, share key information, and ensure our nonprofit partners are represented with accuracy and professionalism. Your presence helps create an engaging experience that encourages community participation and support. Core Responsibilities • Support on-site promotional activities at community events and outreach locations • Greet attendees, provide clear explanations about nonprofit campaigns, and answer basic questions • Assist in setting up event displays, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean and inviting presentation • Ensure messaging remains accurate, consistent, and aligned with each nonprofit partner’s mission • Help guide attendees throughout the event to maintain smooth traffic flow • Work closely with event leads and teammates to keep operations efficient and organized • Gather simple observations or attendee comments to assist with ongoing improvements
