We’re seeking an Entry-Level Event Assistant who is energetic, outgoing, and passionate about helping others. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, nonprofit fundraising, and community engagement. No experience required — paid training provided! Key Responsibilities • Assist with planning, organizing, and executing charity events and fundraising campaigns • Engage with attendees, donors, and community members in a friendly, professional manner • Share information about nonprofit partners and programs • Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, registration, and activity coordination • Maintain a positive, mission-focused atmosphere at every event • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations • Collect attendee feedback and assist with post-event reporting
