Key Responsibilities • Provide clear and engaging information about nonprofit organizations and their programs • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of nonprofit accomplishments, ongoing projects, fundraising campaigns, statistics, and sponsorship opportunities • Assist with event planning, setup, and presentations at community, retail, and fundraising events • Support reaching sponsorship targets and donor retention goals through effective outreach We prioritize internal growth, providing associates with exceptional opportunities to develop skills and advance their careers in nonprofit fundraising and event management. Requirements • Interest in pursuing a career in marketing, sales, event coordination, or nonprofit engagement • Coachable, eager to learn, and open to feedback • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities • Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team • Comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced environments
