Entry-Level Event Assistant

You dont need prior sales experience just a great attitude, strong communication skills, and the confidence to start conversations with new people. As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, youll participate in face-to-face promotional setups, where your primary focus will be interacting with the public, generating interest in the brand, and converting that interest into sales. What Youll Be Doing Join live, face-to-face promotional setups in busy public locations such as shopping centers, local events, and outdoor pop-upsApproach and speak with customers directly, introducing them to the brand in a personable and engaging wayPresent products or services clearly and confidently, focusing on customer needs and building valueOvercome objections and guide conversations toward successful sales outcomesCollaborate with team members to help set up, run, and close down event spaces smoothlyReceive hands-on coaching in sales and customer interaction strategies from experienced mentors Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personalityComfortable engaging with people in busy, public settingsAbility to work in a face-to-face role, not remote or desk-basedFull work authorization in the U.S.Reliable daily commute to the teams central locationWillingness to learn, grow, and apply feedback constructively
