Entry Level Event Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Event Assistant to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in event marketing, brand promotions, customer engagement, and campaign execution.

As an Event Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of live marketing events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach initiatives designed to increase brand awareness and customer engagement for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing events, brand activations, and promotional campaignsEngage directly with customers to create positive brand experiences and build awarenessSupport event setup, logistics, merchandising, and promotional material distributionRepresent client brands professionally at live events, trade shows, and community eventsHelp generate leads, increase customer engagement, and support campaign objectivesMonitor event performance and assist with campaign reporting and data collectionCollaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution and customer satisfactionMaintain a strong understanding of client products, services, and marketing initiatives
