Entry-Level Event Assistant

As an Event Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced event professionals to help organize, coordinate, and execute impactful events that support charitable organizations and community initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the planning, coordination, and execution of charity events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach programs.Support event setup, registration, logistics, breakdown, and overall event operations.Welcome and engage attendees, donors, volunteers, and community members with professionalism and enthusiasm.Help coordinate volunteer schedules, event activities, and onsite event flow.Promote nonprofit initiatives, fundraising campaigns, and community programs while providing accurate information to attendees.Assist with registration, guest check-in, donation processing, and event materials.Monitor attendance, collect participant feedback, and help evaluate event success.Work closely with event coordinators and team members to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently.Maintain a positive, organized, and professional presence throughout all events.Participate in paid training focused on event coordination, fundraising, leadership development, customer engagement, and nonprofit outreach.QualificationsWe're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and make an impact.
