Entry Level Event Assistant ResponsibilitiesAs an Entry Level Event Assistant, you will work alongside our team to help create successful and engaging event experiences.

Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with live events, promotional events, and community outreach activities

Helping with event setup, preparation, activities, and breakdown

Greeting and engaging with customers, attendees, and community members

Providing friendly, professional customer service

Assisting with marketing and promotional campaigns

Sharing information about programs, services, and fundraising initiatives

Representing clients, nonprofit organizations, and campaigns professionally

Answering questions and providing accurate information

Supporting customer engagement and community outreach efforts

Working collaboratively with team members during events

Helping create a welcoming and positive event environment

Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development

Developing skills in event coordination, marketing, communication, fundraising, and customer service

No Experience Required – Paid Training ProvidedYou do not need previous event or marketing experience to apply.

Our paid training program is designed to help entry-level team members learn the position through hands-on coaching and ongoing support.
