Entry-Level Event Assistant – Paid Training & Career Growth

We're expanding our team and hiring Entry-Level Event Assistants to support live events, promotional campaigns, nonprofit programs, fundraising initiatives, and community outreach activities.

No previous event, marketing, sales, fundraising, or customer service experience is required. Paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll DoAs an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you'll work alongside our team to help create engaging, professional, and successful event experiences.

Your responsibilities may include:

Assist with live events, promotional campaigns, fundraising events, and community outreach activitiesSupport event setup, preparation, activities, and breakdownWelcome and engage with customers, attendees, donors, and community membersProvide friendly and professional customer serviceSupport marketing, promotional, and nonprofit campaignsShare information about programs, services, charitable causes, and fundraising initiativesRepresent clients, nonprofit organizations, and campaigns professionallyAnswer questions and provide accurate informationSupport customer engagement and community outreach effortsWork collaboratively with team members during eventsHelp create a welcoming and positive environment for attendeesParticipate in team meetings, training, and professional developmentBuild practical skills in event coordination, marketing, fundraising, communication, and customer serviceNo Experience Required – Paid Training ProvidedYou don't need previous event or marketing experience to apply.

Our paid training program is designed to help entry-level team members learn through hands-on coaching, mentorship, and real-world experience.
