Entry Level Event Assistant

We are an innovative event marketing agency that specializes in live, face-to-face promotional campaigns for a variety of clients across industries. We’re currently hiring motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Entry Level Event Assistants. In this role, you’ll be part of the team behind the scenes and on-site — helping to coordinate, set up, and execute successful events that attract attention and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in executing promotional events and brand activations • Support event setup, logistics, and display organization • Interact with customers, answer questions, and represent client brands professionally • Gather customer feedback and report event performance to management • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing event space Ideal Candidate: • Outgoing, reliable, and eager to learn • Strong communication and organizational skills • Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Comfortable working on your feet and occasionally lifting light equipment • Open to feedback and professional development • Previous experience in events, hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
