Entry- Level Event Childcare Manager

This position requires flexibility to work weekday and evening events, as well as weekend events. Onsite Event Managers need to have open availability to work any events assigned with a 2 week notice. Onsite Event Managers facilitate the children’s programming, oversee staff, and communicate with clients and parents to ensure we are providing a safe and fun environment for the children. Onsite Event Managers earn $27hr with expectation to work events assigned within a 2 week notice. Open/ Flexible Schedule- its a MUST High School Diploma Bachelor's Degree Preferred Minimum of 3 years experience working with children 0-17 years old Minimum of 2 years experience in professional management, administration, or like field Physical ability to lift infants and children Physical ability to lead interactive group games and activities Ability to lead and implement a variety of activities while enforcing safety standards and abiding by policies and procedures Ability to physically, visually and audibly respond to urgent circumstances in a prompt and professional manner Clear criminal history CPR/First Aid Certification upon hire Physical ability and willingness to travel to other areas of the island Reliable form of transportation Valid driver's license and car Insurance Credit Card for traveling incidentals Ability to store at home all provided event manager supplies Military Base Access ideal but not required
