Entry Level Event Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning and execution, working with nonprofit organizations and socially responsible brands. Responsibilities • Coordinate event setup, on-site support, and breakdown • Engage attendees and communicate campaign or brand initiatives • Provide exceptional customer service during events • Support the team in meeting attendance, outreach, and engagement targets • Track and report on event success and suggest improvements • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns Requirements • Be at least 18 years old with U.S. work authorization • Show enthusiasm and comfort when interacting with the public • Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills • Show dependability, motivation, and eagerness to learn and grow • Show interest in event marketing, promotions, or community engagement • Bonus: Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality
