Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of promotional events and customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in event coordination while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events.
Support event setup, execution, and breakdown activities.
Welcome attendees and provide professional assistance.
Help coordinate event logistics and daily activities.
Maintain organized event spaces throughout promotional events.
Gather attendee feedback to support future event improvements.
Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
Represent the company professionally during promotional events.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
