We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position offers the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of event planning and coordination. As an Entry Level Event Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful execution of a variety of events, ranging from corporate conferences and product launches to social gatherings and community events.

**Responsibilities**
* + Assist in planning and coordinating all logistical aspects of events from inception to completion
+ Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure event requirements are met
+ Conduct site visits and coordinate event setup and breakdown activities
+ Manage event registration processes and attendee communications
+ Support the preparation and distribution of event materials and promotional content

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred
+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software is a plus
