We are seeking an Entry-Level Event Coordinator to assist with the preparation and coordination of promotional events. This opportunity is ideal for an organized, energetic individual who enjoys working with people and wants to build practical event coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with planning and preparing promotional eventsOrganize event materials, displays, supplies, and schedulesSupport event setup, activities, and breakdownWelcome attendees and provide information about featured products or servicesHelp ensure event areas remain organized and professionalCoordinate with team members during event activitiesAssist with attendee questions and customer engagementCollect feedback and observations following eventsHelp address day-of event needs and adjustments

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalentStrong organizational and communication skillsComfortable interacting with customers and event attendeesReliable, punctual, and detail-orientedPositive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to manage multiple responsibilities in an active environmentPrevious event, hospitality, retail, or customer-facing experience is a plus
